Hi Emma,

Lamont and I just wanted to say thank you again for helping to make our wedding great.  The food was great and I received a lot of compliments on our choice of you as our caterer.  The staff was very friendly and it was also great that they left my mother's kitchen very clean so she didn't have to do any additional clean-up.

Everyone loved the menu and the variety.  My mom loved the spring rolls.  Guests raved about the cupcakes, and the salmon.  Also, many of  my "non-pork eating" friends couldn't stop talking about how they had to break their own rules and chow down on the pulled BBQ pork sandwiches because they were just so good.

Thank you again. It was wonderful

Good morning Emma,

The gang all agreed the TACO BAR was the best beach party we have had.  I did not know there were so many things you could put on a taco, the Carne Asada was really, really good, the Fish was very tasty, your homemade Salsa and Guacamole were huge hits.

OMG your homemade Toritilla Chips are addictings they should be sold in stores, what was on them.LOL!

  WE had a taco competition which added to the fun of getting to know the new employee's it was a cool ICE BREAKER, we will continue to have a competition each year.

Another hit was your S'mores, another cool way to met people.

The cake was a huge success – they loved the filling, the icing and the cake itself – it has the just-baked freshness! It was the first time our office and some of our younger employees have ever had a homemade cake that was baked the some day.

Thank you, everything was simply Fantastic, our guests enjoyed your Culinary Delights. The grilled Salmon, Corn Salad, Chili Lime Chicken was wonderful.

Our guests are still raving about your delicious desserts, and your red velvet cupcakes.  We noticed the frosting on the cupcakes was not too sweet, it was just right and the cupcake melted in you mouth.
