We love pasta salad, especially served cold when it's warm outside (or vice-versa), so here's a great pasta salad recipe!
- Wheat Penne Pasta (or your favorite pasta)
- Roasted Tomatoes (comes in a jar, from speciality deptpartment)
- Fresh Sauteed Spinach
- Fresh Minced Garlic
- Cream and Truffles (Brand name URBANI @ Whole Foods)
Cook pasta (al dente). Saute garlic. Add spinach, heat through, turn off heat. Add drained tomatoes, cream and truffles, and add to pasta. May be served hot or cold.
Change mixture depending on taste. You may add shrimp or chicken.
