Need Chef to cook lunch and dinner for housefull of sorority girls

Looking for cook who can do buffet-style lunch for 80 ppl and family style dinner for 125 ppl at a USC sorority. Menu already planned and food ordered. Only have to cook and will have an assistant in the kitchen and more help for the service. The house even has a full-time dishwasher.
