Go check out all the delicious food available from our southern California catering menus, decide what you want, and then just ask us if we can get the organic version for your southern California catered event.
By offering organic food to our customers, we feel like we're helping everyone do the right thing. Organic food is better for our customers' health, and it's better for the environment. Organic food has been found to be more nutritious, and it is grown or raised without any of the harmful petro-chemicals that are found in high doses on conventionally grown food. Pesticides and herbicide residues stay on food, even after washing, and can cause serious harm to your health. Chemical fertilizers destroy soil tilth and depend on an oil-based economy that is not sustainable. By using organic food for your catered meals, you are voting with your dollars to change the way food is produced.
We are baking cupcakes like crazy! There are so many champagne and cupcake parties! We have done several and have some booked for next month.
We deliver the cupcakes and set up the station (decorate the table). We can provide the champagne, however most people provide their own. We can also provide sparkling apple cider.

Culinary Delight Catering in Los Angeles is teaming up with Maria Wassef of Naples Florida who started the program of bringing cupcakes to homeless people for their birthdays! As noted by the Cupcakes Take The Cake blog, this very sweet cupcake news is the result of Ms. Wassef's belief that everyone should be recognized on the day they were born.
The story, originally picked up by WZBN in Ft. Myers, notes that Ms. Wassef stated: "It's so important for them to know that somebody cares for them, and that might change their life."
