We Do Themes: Beach Theme Child's Birthday Party!

Have a theme in mind for a child's birthday? We love doing theme parties! And our customers love them.

Emma, my husband and I were amazed and very pleased with your service. The presentation and food were AWESOME.

I was upset and worried that the party would not take place, it seemed as through I would never wrap on the show and got off very late the night before, I was drained.

You are a Gem, you provided all the decorations and paper ware, truly amazing. (we did nothing but attend)

We are still talking about how smooth everything went and that we did not have to lift a finger, we had a great time at the party, had an oppunituty to mingle with our guests, some of whom we had not seem in a long time. (thank you for that)

The kids were actually eating all the food you prepared and coming back for more. We are still enjoying it and have invited some of our friends over to enjoy it with us. BTW last certainly not least the Cupcakes are Simply Amazing, Red Velvet, YUM!

The cut out sandwiches were a big hit!

You Know the Food Was Good When Nothing Was Left

And you know the caterers are great when they clean up and you hardly notice!

Hi Emma,

I want to send a quick note to thank you for helping us put on a great party last night. Everyone loved the food, and now that lunch is over, there’s nothing left. Everyone was raving about the Flank Steak and Corn Relish, stuffed Mushroom Florentine's, BBQ Beef sliders, the French Macaroons and the Lemon Curd bars, in other words everything.

So thank you for providing great catering service and delicious food for us! It was a pleasure meeting you and Ron. You definitely work well together!

And Danielle was great. She was in and out efficiently, keeping us fed and cleaning up after us. We hardly knew she was working. She did a great job, and we really appreciate it! Especially me, since cleaning up usually ends up being my job!

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season and Christmas with your family and friends. And hopefully we’ll get to see you again sometime next year when we have our next event.

WOW, The staff was excellent as well. I would love to get their names to remember them for future events like this. Danielle was very sweet and there was another young lady that had great energy, but I can't remember her name.

You guys really pulled it off. Thank you for all of your help and understanding, and of course, the delicious food! THE FOOD! OMG, the Coconut Shrimp, meatballs, chicken satay, sliders to name a few and the desserts were really on dope as well. Thanks again for everything, can't wait to have another event so that we can use you guys again.

Thank you. You were wonderful. Everything was perfect. A lot of people asked about you. You might be getting lots of business. There have been many, many parties given in this house, however none has gotten the rave reviews that your company received. The Bacon hamburger sliders, bbq sliders and not to mention the coconut shrimp were all the talk of the town, where on earth did the desserts come from on the dessert bar and the choices were overwhelming and all so beautiful and tasty, they looked like something out of a food magazine!

Too sum it all up SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!!!

Hi, sorry I am JUST getting back to you – anyway people all had positive feedback (that is because you and your team are AWESOME!!!!)

 

I LOVED the food, particularly the garlic mashed potatoes!!!!!!!  YUM, I never knew potatoes could be SOOO delicious – I tried to recreate them at home this weekend (HAHA) they were tasty but not as perfect as yours….those steak bites were to die for and the mushrooms, YUM!  Really just everything was so great and the fact that you brought macaroons – I just cannot believe it, bring extra EXTRA pistachio next year  haha

 Oh the bacon wrapped asparagus was the BOMB!!!!!!!!

I guess if you NEED to hear something feedback wise, the only thing I would say is the meatballs weren’t MY favorite, but others really enjoyed them…so really we ONLY have WONDERFUL and positive feedback for you, I am not sure why you would even wonder what we thought because we keep having you coming back year after year after year…we HEART you and the team you have, the lady helper (she was new for us this year) she was equally as wonderful….thank you ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If You Can't Spend Much Time In The Kitchen, Call Us

Our friend JH can't spend much time in the kitchen. We're more than happy to help!

Thank you for the fabulous food last night. I can't tell you how much it meant to me. I have a bad back and suffer from back pain every day-therefore limited as to how much time I spend in the kitchen. Your dishes made such a difference, and I was able to really enjoy our party!!!

Also, people brought fabulous dishes, like salads-etc. and really complimented your specialties. Please count me in for every year - usually the Saturday before the 4th or Saturday after the 4th. Everything was perfect, although only needed two platters of shrimp. People, again raved about the mini cupcakes!

Emma's Wheat Truffle Pasta Salad Recipe

We love pasta salad, especially served cold when it's warm outside (or vice-versa), so here's a great pasta salad recipe!

Ingredients

• Wheat Penne Pasta (or your favorite pasta)
• Roasted Tomatoes (comes in a jar, from speciality deptpartment)
• Fresh Sauteed Spinach
• Fresh Minced Garlic
• Cream and Truffles (Brand name URBANI @ Whole Foods)

Instructions

Cook pasta (al dente). Saute garlic. Add spinach, heat through, turn off heat. Add drained tomatoes, cream and truffles, and add to pasta. May be served hot or cold.

Change mixture depending on taste. You may add shrimp or chicken.

Enjoy!

Just the Right Amount of Leftovers for the Hosts to Attack When the Guests Leave

When you know the food is taken care of, it's a lot easier to remain calm and enjoy your event!

Emma - the shower was an absolutely success and you, your husband and your wonderful food were a big part of it!

The food was excellent - people kept asking who made it, I made sure to tell them (hopefully they'll use you for future gigs!) It was the perfect mix of light finger-food but also hearty enough so people had plenty to eat. In fact, we ended up with JUST the right amount of leftovers - which is a good thing, because as busy hosts we didn't have a chance to chow down properly but once the last guests left, we attacked your food with a vengeance, ha!

And those cupcakes! Heavenly! My gal flipped over them, as cupcakes are hers (and presumably our unborn child's) favorite food. And equally important as all that was that you and your awesome husband were so professional, kind, supportive and... soothing. Same as 3 years ago at my film premiere, talking with you calmed me down; because of how nice you are but also because after talking to you, I knew that at least the food portion of things was going to be alright; and that I had one less thing to worry about. That's a big deal.

You guys are amazing and a delight, and now that I know about Yelp! I will for sure give you a good review on there, hopefully it'll help drive business. With the child on the way (under two weeks?!) I don't know the next time we'll throw a party, but when we do there will be only ONE caterer for us - you guys!

Thanks again for being a part of our special moment. You guys are awesome, awesome, AWESOME!
