Dearest Emma,
 
You are a GEM, I told them all about you as they declared to have had a wonderful experience with your service and that everything was just delicious . They all put some in the fridge for the next few days and the Birthday girl took some home to prolong the enjoyment of those yummy bites.

Thank you for putting the menu together for me and your understanding of what  the young people working in that industry would like to eat.

Those mini burgers, mini pizzas and the fruit patch not to mention the assorted petite desserts, all were very big hits.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It was perfect, I couldn’t be more grateful. There was more than enough food and I heard a lot of great things about the bacon wrapped chicken + salmon cakes.
