Hi Emma,

Lamont and I just wanted to say thank you again for helping to make our wedding great.  The food was great and I received a lot of compliments on our choice of you as our caterer.  The staff was very friendly and it was also great that they left my mother's kitchen very clean so she didn't have to do any additional clean-up.

Everyone loved the menu and the variety.  My mom loved the spring rolls.  Guests raved about the cupcakes, and the salmon.  Also, many of  my "non-pork eating" friends couldn't stop talking about how they had to break their own rules and chow down on the pulled BBQ pork sandwiches because they were just so good.

Thank you again. It was wonderful

A Backlog of Praise for Culinary Delight Catering in Los Angeles

Here's the backlog of friendly letters we've gotten lately. First, a flavor convert to organic catering:

OMG, my boss had one word for our weekly meeting AWESOME, he was blown away with the chilled Grilled Salmon, the fresh Organic Veggie Pasta Salad, the fresh Organic Fruit Salad as well as the Organic cupcakes.

I am not that into Organic eating, but I will admit that Organic foods have a much better taste than regular foods.

Thanks for making my job easier and for the KUDO's I received.

Thank you again for all you did to make our event a success!  You were so gracious to stay and make sure everything was hot and run for ice, etc. and you made quite an impression!  Several folks asked for the name of the caterer and I gladly passed it on.  Many people commented on how relaxed the atmosphere was and how good the food was...

All the guests enjoyed the wonderful baked Honey Ham, the creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes (I think they were Yukon Golds) and the veggies and not to forget the wonderful salad.

Emma Tate’s cupcakes are the best!  We love the variety, and it’s the hit of our office monthly birthday celebrations.

The Red velvet, and double chocolate carmel are so moist and the frosting is just right  not to sweet.

The Butter Raspberry Cream  surprise cupcake this month was the best ever. We love and look forward to the surprise cupcake, lol

We just wanted to say THANK YOU so much!!!! Everyone loved the food.  The set up was perfect for a beach wedding.The spread was beautiful.  It was exactly what we wanted.

All of your salads were big hits and the meats were delicious.  The icing on the cake were the cupcakes.

Hey Emma,

We're a tiny eco-friendly stationery shop in LA and just opened our Culver City studio.  We are planning a champagne & cupcake event to celebrate our new space and get to know other eco-friendly businesses.  Our idea is to bring together brides, event planners, and companies from every aspect of the bridal industry.  Planners will be incentivized to attend with a master list of bridal attendees and possibly a fabulous treat, like a couture bag; brides will come for the knowledge and chance to win a huge bridal gift, featuring huge discounts like $1000 of our stationery, $1000 towards their wedding photography album, etc.  The event will be March 1, 4-8pm.

We are looking for other vendors to attend PLUS a few vendors to help us fill out the studio by displaying the hottest in eco-chic wedding ideas.  This is a completely free opportunity, no cash out of pocket, but we will expect one fabulous item or certificate for the bride give away.
